I feel this mix of martial arts has been incredibly beneficial in my everyday life. It has helped me while working in the schools, raising my children, and knowing how to de-escalate situations or stand up for myself when faced with road rage or inappropriate or unexpected behavior from strangers while I am out of the house.

We chose martial arts for discipline, self respect, and the ability to defend themselves if needed. The schedule availability for classes is well rounded with plenty of frequency each week. The staff members are a pleasure and always extremely helpful. The schools head instructor is second to none. He demonstrates a passion for his role with each class and enjoys connecting with students to keep them engaged and motivated to do their best. Spacious, clean facilities and my kids absolutely love it! My 8 year old was melting down because she’d had a long day but one of the assistants took good care of her and ended making her laugh. The encouragement of developing values like honor and discipline has been tremendous in our family! I also love the excellent value because I have a lot of kids but if you sign up 1 of your kids the entire rest of the family is FREE, including parents! I love that! So family friendly!

The most superior martial arts studio culture. There is a strong sense of community and supportive atmosphere that enables even the most shy and reserved children the ability to achieve growth and excel in their learning. Assistants consistently go above and beyond to build trust and a nurturing bond with my daughter. My wife and I are also students. The classes and culture are just as rich for adults in the sense of community and support.
